Not an emergency service

Responder AI does not contact police, fire or medical services, and nobody monitors it for you. In an emergency, call 911. Never wait for an alert in the app before acting on what you see, hear or are told by officials.

What the app is

Responder AI shows incidents, hazard alerts and public registry records on a map around a location, and can notify you about new ones inside a zone you choose. It is a situational awareness tool. It is not a security service, a background check, or legal advice.

Accuracy and timing

Alerts are summarised automatically from public safety information. They are not official reports and may be unconfirmed, incomplete, placed at an approximate location, or changed later. Alerts and notifications can arrive late or not at all, for example when your device is offline, notifications are off, or a source is unavailable. Always check official sources before making a safety decision.

Registry records

Registry records come from public state and federal registries. We do not create, verify or correct them. Records may be outdated or wrong, a person may no longer live at the address shown, and a name and address alone cannot positively identify anyone.

How you may not use it

You must not use Responder AI, or anything you find in it, to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate or harm any person, to interfere with emergency responders, or to encourage anyone else to do so. You must not use it to make decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Doing any of this may be a crime and will end your access.

Paid features

• Responder AI is free today. Any paid feature shows its price in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings under your Apple ID, Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy.

Your device

The app does not require an account. You are responsible for the device you use it on, its permissions, and anyone you let use it.

No warranty

Responder AI is provided as is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, that every incident will appear, or that it will keep you or anyone else safe. Your safety decisions are yours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from an alert that was late, missing or inaccurate. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. You can stop using the app and delete it at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version.
